INSTRUCTIONS

Markov Analysis Module finds the Steady State Probabilities for 2X2 or 3X3 Matrices.

Markov Analysis

• Enter the Number of States & Press Submit button
• Provide the Initial State Condition
• [1,0] to say the system is in State-1 [for a 2X2]
• [0, 1] to say the system is in State-2 [for a 2X2]
• Fill the Transition Probabilities in the State Cells & Press Solution Button
• Save option allows you to save the problem data to the local system storage as a ‘.txt’ file
• Solution page contains Input Information, Steady State calculations in Result Table and probabilities for the system being in State-1 after n-times
• There is an option to save the solution as a PDF file
